MOTUL LAUNCHES CLASSIC ENGINE OILS FOR MODERN CLASSICS
Motul entrusted us for the launch of their new classic engine oils with the vision of portraying the 80's & 90's in an editorial ad campaign. We envisioned the images to not only accurately represent these eras but to capture them in a way to make them timeless. We all know the Lamborghini Countach is from the 80's but it's designed in a way that will almost always make it look futuristic. It will never lose its presence regardless of the year or what new shiny hyper car is parked next to it. This is how we dream of content.
We covered the entirety of production for this campaign. Our team created mood boards and scouted the best locations in Miami for this shoot. We obtained proper permitting with the city, the shoot was licensed and insured. Creatives are key; we used our very own and vetted photography team, makeup artist, and wardrobe stylist. The models featured were booked directly from our roster. Our home base was a hotel that we have a relationship with through prior events. Each vehicle was loaned to us through our automotive intel. We strongly believe in the power of content and connections. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do things the right way. We want everyone involved to feel the value they bring to us. It took a team of 19 people the day of the shoot and an unfathomable amount of communication through all companies involved. At the time we followed all legal COVID-19 protocols and rescheduled to a later date due to an exposure. Despite this, the final product was finished weeks before the deadline.
